At Hairvivi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 15-day return policy for items in their original, unaltered condition. Please ensure the lace remains uncut and the hair has not been washed or styled to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your package to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Place the wig in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, silk bags, and accessories are included and the lace is intact.
- 3.Ship the Item
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our designated return center using a tracked shipping service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
